王海花,苏州大学特聘教授,博士生导师,教育部“CJ学者”青年学者,加拿大新不伦瑞克大学博士后,英国巴斯大学和美国西北大学访问教授,韩国高丽大学杰出访问科学家。致力于先端性能高分子及其复合材料的设计制备及其在功能涂层、电子化学品、粘合剂、生物医药、新能源、国防安全等领域的应用。2021年入选国家级高层次人才计划--青年长江学者,荣获省杰青/青拔、韩国大脑人才库杰出科学家、十三五轻工行业科技创新先进个人、全国石油和化工教育教学名师、省课程思政教学名师、省岗位学雷锋标兵个人、省教科文卫系统五一巾帼标兵和标兵岗奖、省青年科技新星、省青年科技奖、第一届“陕西省化学优秀青年奖”等荣誉。主持国家级、省部级纵向科研项目累计18项,主持横向科研项目累计26项;发表学术论文190多篇,授权发明专利59件,主编教材一部。
研究领域:
面向表面工程、国防军工、生物医药、能源存储与电子材料等领域用高性能先端高分子化学品及其复合材料,主要开展以下研究:
1.先进高分子基复合功能涂层:开展环保型高性能、功能高分子/无机复合涂层及其在金属防腐、超疏水、自清洁、导热、阻燃、导电、电磁屏蔽、抗菌、抗凝血、保鲜、保温等领域的应用基础研究及产业化。
2. 轻量化特种高分子复合材料:开展特种高分子(如聚酰亚胺等)、力学互变高分子弹性体、相变聚合物等的研究及其在热管理、生物医疗、新能源、国防军工、低空经济等领域中的应用开发。
3. 精细高分子化学品与专用材料:专注于高性能、高附加值高分子化学品的设计与可控合成,重点开发包含电子级胶黏剂(如可拆卸电子胶)、特种纸/固态电解质/器件用特种树脂、高端助剂等专用材料,满足电子信息、高端制造对材料性能的严苛要求。
4. 生物医用高分子水凝胶材料:基于动态交联结构和多参数调控,实现高强韧高分子复合水凝胶的模块化构筑,重点研究其在严苛条件或军事急救场景下快速止血、伤口修复与监测一体化、神经修复、药物缓释平台等应用的关键机理和产业化路径。
