2005/9-2010/6       吉林大学高分子化学与物理专业,超分子结构与材料国家重点实验室,获得博士学位,导师:田文晶教授。

2011/7~2014/7       中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所博士后,合作导师:陈立桅研究员。

研究工作和成果

【研究方向】:光电功能材料及器件。

【工作介绍】:长期从事可印刷光伏材料及器件(有机、钙钛矿)相关研究,尤其在可印刷太阳能电池材料合成、新型器件结构探索,大面积光伏印刷技术及功能场景应用器件开发等关键制备工艺及机理研究方面取得了一系列研究成果:(1突破了商业化柔性ITO电极的技术壁垒,发展了适用于卷对卷溶液印刷技术的新型复合柔性透明电极,获得了世界领先效率的柔性有机/钙钛矿太阳能电池;(2)提出了有机半导体材料从原子尺度调控电池电子态的新方法,解决了活性层和界面层中缺陷态、能级结构难以调控的难题,实现有机/钙钛矿太阳能电池效率和稳定性的提升;(3)发展了客体材料诱导组装的方法,克服了活性层大面积印刷过程中溶剂选择性强的瓶颈问题,采用绿色溶剂实现了大面积可印刷有机光伏组件在效率和稳定性上的突破。迄今,共发表SCI论文170余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者在Nature, Nat. Mater., Nat. Energy3篇),Nat. Commun., Joule, Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Energy Environ. Sci.等高水平杂志上发表SCI论文130余篇,被引用1.6万余次,H影响因子66其中,ESI热点论文14篇,ESI高被引论文27
