摘要:

Complexpolymers architectures and polymer nanostructures with multiple functionalcomponents and various architectures have intriguing properties. Rapid andefficient synthesis of such complex polymers and their nanostructures is theprerequisites towards their broad applications. Now, advanced polymerizationtechniques together with highly efficient ‘click’ chemistry allow facilesynthesis of desired polymer architectures and diverse nanostructures.

Inthis lecture, I will present our recent work on synthesis of these complexpolymer structures such as dendrimers,[1] cyclic polymers [2] as well aspolymer nanostructures. [3] Their unique properties and applications indrug,[4] gene delivery [5] and cell culture [6] will also be presented.
