报告摘要:Theinnovative engineering methodologies that allow for the preparation offunctional polymer materials by simple strategies have significant fundamentalinterest and enormous potential to address unmet clinical needs. This talk willfocus on the design principle that is simple, novel and applicable, for thedevelopment of polymeric materials for distinct applications. In treating threepulmonary diseases, two degradable nanoparticle systems based on one functionalpolyphosphoester will be discussed, with the highlight of the simple, efficientand versatile chemistry involved in each stage of the production. For theprolonged gastric retention with improved safety profile, the development ofthree polymer systems will be presented, giving the emphasis to a novelpH-responsive supramolecular gel that helped to achieve a 5-7 days gastricretention in a large animal model promising the application to solve the poormedication adherence.

 

报告人简介:张诗宜博士,1986年出生,上海交通大学生物医学工程学院特别研究员,中组部第十一批“青年千人计划”入选者,长期从事高分子材料和新型药物制剂的研究。2008年本科毕业于北京大学;2013年在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学获得博士学位,师从JACS副主编Karen Wooley教授;随后,在麻省理工学院从事博士后研究工作,导师为美国三院院士RobertLanger教授。近五年内在Nature Materials, Science Translational Medicine, JACS (2), Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Science, ACSMacro Letters, Macromolecules, Scientific Reports等顶级学术期刊以第一作者发表论文10余篇,另合作发表论文20余篇。其中,在麻省理工学院研究的胃部药物长期停留被多家媒体报道,并被麻省理工学院选为网站首页。申请国际专利6项,技术成功转让3项,帮助成立生物技术公司Lyndra。目前张诗宜课题组的研究方向主要围绕着:纳米药物、化疗辅助、二型糖尿病和糖尿病足展开。
