Abstract

Perovskite photovoltaic is emerging as one of the most competitivesolar technology due to its excellent optoelectronic property, such as highabsorption coefficient, long carrier diffusion length. In view of recentadvances in perovskite solar cell research, hysteresis, stability and PCE arethe three most attracting topics among the community. The high power conversionefficiency (PCE) requires delicate control over the perovskite film and therelevant interfaces, and deep understanding of defects. We have developed twoapproaches for perovskite film formation: 1) vapor assisted solution process,and 2) one-step solution process under controlled humidity. We also carefullyexamined the underlying film growth mechanism, defect property and thecorresponding device performance. Further controlling the carrier dynamicsthroughout the entire device, leads to suppressed carrier recombination in theabsorber, efficient carrier injection into the carrier transport layers, andgood carrier extraction at the electrodes. The fabrication process wasconducted from solution at low temperatures, which should simplify futuremanufacturing of high performance, low-cost, and large-area perovskite solarcells.

陈棋博士,2005年本科毕业于清华大学化工系,2007年硕士毕业于清华大学化学系,2012年博士毕业于加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)材料科学与工程系,随后以博士后身份在UCLA加州纳米研究中心从事薄膜太阳能电池研究工作。中组部第十二批“青年千人计划”入选者。于2016年2月加入北京理工大学。

陈棋博士长期从事有机无机杂化及复合材料的开发与应用研究,材料广泛应用于能源、光电等领域,具体包括太阳能电池、透明电极、传感器、探测器等各类新型光电功能化器件,尤其是新型纳米复合结构构筑、纳米结构加工、光电材料制备、薄膜太阳能电池的制备及工艺开发等交叉前沿项目。迄今发表论文30余篇,引用达5000次。包括Science、NatureCommunications、Journalof American Chemical Society、NanoLetters、AdvancedMaterials等。论文及引用请参阅:https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=peA-x_EAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=ao
