学历及学术经历:

19917月浙江大学(玉泉校区)化学系本科毕业,获理学学士学位(浙江大学优秀毕业生)。19996月浙江大学高分子科学与材料系毕业,获得理学博士学位,导师是杨慕杰教授和沈之荃院士。同年7月到苏州大学任教,2004年获评苏州大学优秀青年骨干教师,2008年开始任教授、博士生导师。主持完成3项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项江苏省自然科学基金项目,目前主持1项国家自然科学基金面上项目和1项江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目。自2000年以来已经在国内外的SCI源期刊上发表学术论文70多篇,已被包括Chem. Rev.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Chem. Commun.Org. Lett.OrganometallicsInorg. Chem.等国际权威刊物上的文章所引用,一篇论文获得top-25 most downloaded article from J. Organomet. Chem. in 2006”。目前已获得中国发明专利授权32项和美国发明专利授权1项。先后获得中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步一等奖(2010年)、江苏省政府科技进步二等奖(2009年)和苏州大学北美校友会杰出成就奖(2008年)。

 

教学工作:

讲授本科生的专业基础课《有机化学》和《有机化学实验》,先后主持多项校级教改项目,副主编《有机化学(上下册)》教材一部,2013年获苏州大学交行教学奖。

 

研究领域:

      导向绿色有机合成的金属有机化学,涉及铁系、镍系等催化剂的设计合成及其在C-H键官能化、烯烃区域选择性加成、CO2高附加值温和转化、内酯开环聚合等反应中的催化应用,为具有潜在医药、光电材料应用前景的分子提供绿色合成新方法,为可生物降解聚酯材料的合成提供新途径。
