学历及学术经历:

1994.9-1998.7北京大学化学与分子工程学院,获学士学位,导师宛新华教授,从事液晶设计和嵌段聚合物的活性合成方法研究1998.9-2003.7北京大学高分子化学与物理系,获博士学位,导师周其凤院士(与香港中文大学吴奇院士联合培养),从事甲壳型液晶嵌段聚合物的合成及其自组装性能研究2004.2-2009.10美国阿克伦大学(The University of Akron)高分子科学与工程系副研究员(博士后),合作导师程正迪院士和Frank W. Harris教授,主要从事工业应用项目。包括:柔性彩色显示用微米级液晶胶囊的制备;液晶显示用高预倾角液晶高分子的设计和合成;负双折射性聚酰亚胺薄膜(光学补偿膜)的制备;高氧气阻隔性PET聚酯的制备等2009.11加入苏州大学,任教授,博士生导师。国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点研发计划项目评审专家。

主要从事嵌段共聚物/嵌段分子及高性能聚酯的合成及其性能研究。致力于将高分子化学、高分子物理与高分子应用相结合,通过探索新的聚合反应和聚合机理,研究聚合物中的构效关系,以此指导高性能聚合物的制备,解决部分高分子材料受制于人的“卡脖子”问题。取得成就如下:1创立了开环-缩合级联聚合方法,解决了多嵌段共聚物的合成难题,可用于制备高性能聚酯及其弹性体;2)建立了由精准富勒烯嵌段分子多层次自组装构筑热致型超分子液晶的方法;3)在金属-超分子多嵌段共聚物中发现了由环状受限结构引起的束缚效应,建立了通过构筑双交联网络制备超强韧弹性体的方法。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项。授权中国发明专利10项。与多家企业合作在弹性体、高性能聚酯及绿色聚酯等方面进行产学研合作,创立的级联聚合小试生产技术获得国际领先的成果评价。于2018/2019/2020连续三年获得冯新德高分子奖最佳文章提名奖。
