学历及学术经历
2005年毕业于华东师范大学,获学士学位;同年直升本校研究生,硕博连读,2010年获博士学位(导师:胡文浩教授,杨琍苹教授);期间20079-12月,中国科学技术大学交流学习(导师:龚流柱教授)。20108月至20149月美国马里兰大学博士后研究(导师:Michael P.Doyle教授)20149月回国,任苏州大学材料与化学化工学部特聘教授、博士生导师。
 
研究工作和成果
近五年来,一直在金属卡宾化学的催化反应相关领域开展研究工作,从事新的合成方法学的发现,选择性催化研究,特别是不对称催化反应研究和杂环类化合物的高效合成,取得了一系列独创性的研究成果。迄今为止,已在国际核心期刊上发表SCI论文近30篇,第一或通讯作者20余篇。最近五年接连在Acc. Chem. Res. (1)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (5)J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3), Chem. Comm.5篇),Org. Lett., Chem. Eur. J.等权威期刊发表多篇一作研究论文,论文他引400余次。其中六篇研究论文被专业有机评论杂志Synfacts 评述,得到了国际同行的高度评价和广泛关注。
