学历及学术经历:
1979年8月出生于湖北公安县。2002年毕业于武汉大学环境化学系,获学士学位;2007年毕业于中国科学院北京化学研究所,分子动态与稳态结构国家重点实验室,获博士学位,导师王殿勋教授;2008年加拿大New Brunswick大学无机化学系博士后;2009年获德国洪堡奖学金(Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung)在Bergische Universitaet Wuppertal著名氟化学家Helge Willner教授课题组从事含氟小分子光谱探测与表征研究;2011年获德国科学基金会(DFG)独立项目资助。2013年受聘于苏州大学材化部,物理化学研究所特聘教授,博士生导师。2014年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金。
迄今为止,已在国际核心期刊上发表署名论文80余篇,其中近一半为第一作者。自2009年起,以第一或通讯作者接连在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (8篇),J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2篇), Chem. Eur. J.,Chem. Comm.,Inorg. Chem. 等权威化学期刊发表多篇研究论文,其中发表在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上的论文屡次被选为VIP、hotpaper、或封面文章,并多次被国际同行以highlight的形式在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.上撰写全文评论,在小分子与自由基研究领域建立了独特的研究体系与方法。目前主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、自然科学基金面上项目一项。
 
研究领域:
研究方向主要包括:教科书式原型小分子的低温合成、分离与表征;亚稳态含能化合物的合成、分子结构与构象以及分解反应;主族元素多键化合物的低温合成与光化学反应;关键自由基反应中间体的产生、光谱捕捉、结构、反应和相关机理的实验与理论探索;新型稳定α-oxo氮烯双自由基的结构与反应;以及稳定自由基在介质中的物理化学行为研究。
